ESTAR D&D | 2023

 

After developing projects for Estar SBC, Estar Moema and Estar Anexo, we were called to design the new ESTAR store at D&D Shopping.

To create the space, we once again opted to design on site, making decisions as we discovered elements during the construction. This process of architectural archeology comes from the idea of removing existing layers so that we can work with the essential characteristics of the space. This movement of discovery revealed different textures on the walls and floor that were unified with the choice of a light metallic terracotta color, with the intention of bringing unity and comfort to the space. The interior of the mezzanine was given a darker color, creating a contrast to the store space.

To enhance the sensation of this chromatic box, in addition to functional lighting, tubular lamps were installed that descend from the ceiling, creating scenographic light posts, expanding the possibilities for displaying products.

In this project we were once again able to apply our philosophy of being allies of the simplicity of doing and feeling, allowing each visitor to enjoy and value the products in large and unique spaces.
