RURAL SCI-FI | 2024
Design TomaziCabral and Michell Lott
From behind the bushes and tall grasses seen from the farm, mysterious and beautiful creatures that resemble birds appear. With long legs and glassy bodies, often silver, these alien beings quickly adapt to life on Earth. Could they have come on a mission of peace? Or could they be a threat to our existence? This is the story of RURAL SCI-FI, a collection that materializes intergalactic birds into collectible objects, with a limited edition. Sculptures and functional items that perpetuate manual work through blown glass and metalwork are presented in a rural-futuristic installation that imagines the adaptation of alien life on Earth.
